Medical equipment designed for home use is not that much different from the devices you may see in a hospital setting as an in-patient, if there are any differences at all. The critical difference is the provider of that equipment and how well they follow their own policies regarding service and maintenance, instructing the patient on proper usage and of course, delivery on time and when needed.

Bach's Home Health Care Supply has been providing this service for over 25 years, and with reliability and professionalism that has earned the respect of local physicians, nursing agencies and other healthcare professionals. If a hospital phones us with a discharge late in the day, we're there to facilitate the process. If a physician sees a patient in the office and prescribes a walker or wheelchair, our convenient showroom hours will prove beneficial for the patient and their family.

Our approach is different. We encourage patients, family and caregivers to come into our showrooms, even on Saturdays, to choose the equipment best suited for them. Something as simple as a rolling walker can give a patient over 15 choices in any of our locations. Stop by Monday to Friday 9:30AM to 5:30PM or on Saturdays from 9AM to 2PM for consultation on any medical equipment.

Offering the following:

  • Hospital Beds, Manual and Electric
  • Walkers, Folding and Rolling
  • Canes, Crutches
  • Commodes, Bath Safety Equipment
  • Pumps, Suction and Enteral
  • Accessories and Disposables
  • Lymphedema Therapies
  • Power Seat Lift Chairs

Are Hospital Beds covered under insurance?

Yes, provided the physician has medically justifed the need for the equipment and written complete orders in the patient chart, ie chart notes. Typically beds are required for alleviation of pain, as in post surgical procedures, or for positioning of the patient due to respiratory complications, to name a few needs. The old CMN's (Certificates of Medical Necessity) which the physician used to answer and send to the provider are no longer used, placing more of a burden on the physician and staff. Call our office staff or your physician for assistance if you feel any medical equipment may be useful to you.
