Our delivery schedule has two available time slots, that can be mutually agreed upon with yourself and our customer service representative, 10AM to 1PM or 2PM to 5PM. These timeframes may vary on a day to day basis, but we strive to always meet the three hour time obligations you have agreed to. Priorities are ALWAYS given to hospital discharges. After hours emergencies should be directed to your nearest acute care hospital. If you would like to speak with our on call representative, call any of our store locations for recorded information or call our service directly at 1-800-365-6875 for a return call. Our delivery area includes most of Northern New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania for medical equipment.
